ioGenetics, LLC is the recipient of a Fast Track Small Business Innovation Research Biodefense Grant Award entitled "Antibody Biocide Fusions to Control Cryptosporidium". Funded under the National Institutes of Health Biodefense Initiative, this project will start in August 2003. ioGenetics' scientists will collaborate with the laboratory of Dr. Michael Riggs, University of Arizona, to develop immunotherapeutics directed towards the control of cryptosporidiosis in man and animals.
